The app is helpful, but I can't access toggles on the app that I would like. Cost estimator and find a doctor crash every time. I'd like to know what I'll likely pay, but the current state of healthcare doesn't make that easy. I enjoyed talking to someone on the phone, but the online option helps. Otherwise, the system says you should know about your healthcare costs while making it difficult to discover.

Provider finder - one of the most likely uses of this app - actually just attempts to launch a browser window to a web page and that generates an error message. All attempts to drill down into spending details just land back at the individual in-network deductible entries, even when the UI explicitly says you're drilling to see out of network spending. Basically, the things I would use this app for are the very things that don't work. Very disappointed.

Terrible app. Incredibally frustrating and I couldn't even use it to help me decide what plan to choose from my employer during open enrollment. For the last month I have tried to log into it and all it does is timeout and says that they are having connection errors. I have even gone to the point of uninstalling and reinstalling it and all it will do is say that it is a pending download WiFi or no WiFi.
