Poor design. The app times out after 3 minutes and does not recognize that you are using the in app chat function. If the chat takes longer than 3 minutes, you are logged out of the app and the chat and have to start over and do the chat again, with a different agent! Additionally, the "technical support" phone number listed on the app is wrong and sends you to a department at BCBS that has no idea what you are talking about.
