** Nov 2017 update finally fixed the login issue ** Something is wrong with this app. Has worked fine for a long time but the lasst few weeks I cannot log in at all. Looking at other comments it seems others have the same issue.
It appears the 11-09-17 update fixed it TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!All it keeps saying is Oops..!! When I need it; my MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY says "OOPS"!!! Then they continue to say "TRY AGAIN". Not sorry or pardon the inconveniences, then provide me with another method to assist me. Nope we get "OOPS"!!!! If your Dr. says OOPS no coverage OOPS TRY AGAIN don't you think someone would be very concerned. If my employer "contract held ins package” said OOPS you don't provide services to your customers OOPS we are dropping your contact OOPS we are not paying you. Don't you think someone at BCBSTX might then become concerned. Update: I have now spoken to technical support and in short was told the issue was reported "try again later."
Absolute garbage. I can log in on line but the app won't except user name or password or security question. Forget the fingerprint sensor. Absolute garbage! Not worth one star!
I installed the new version released on Nov 9th, and it resolves issue with network error.
