Ratings and reviews

I've been using PayZapp for a while now, and while it has some great features, I've encountered a few issues. 1. The app often takes too long to load, which can be frustrating. Sometimes it didn't show history also. 2.One major concern is that despite having a balance of over 200 in my wallet, I've faced issues while trying to recharge my DTH or mobile. The transactions simply don't go through, which is quite disappointing.

Installed it about a month back. Found the UI to be pretty good. But, most of its functionalities don't work properly. This time, I entered the PIN, I was redirected back to the payment window, with no acknowledgement of the payment. So I re-started the payment and entered the PIN, and the loading window came up, which never went away. After around 4 minutes, I made the payment with another app. The amount was deducted in the 2 payments. I requested for a refund, but they never did it.

Insanely bad experience on the little very first day. Literally very busy first two payment failed for no reason, app also suddenly closed two or some times, also not sure if there's any place to check the history of payments and who knows where is the rewards things (which I think we should be getting after making a payment like in other apps). Also experience of setting up the account was not good too. My query is how do I delete my account from this app, can't even handle it for one day.
