Ratings and reviews

over the app works well but when the time comes towards cc payment dates the app crashes every single time and does not allow to do payments I mean what's the point of it happens once then it's totally fine but I see the every month which raise the eyebrows may be they are trying to delay the payments so they get more interest on the delayed payments

probably the worst app, I tried to make a payment from it , after transferring 5k ,it denied from making the online payment ,and in the site they mention international payments are allowed ,it's false. and second when I tried to withdraw back my amount into my original account ,it doesn't allow it , and the customer care all it does say is they will look into it. ,How bad of a banking experience can you give, please don't use this app , you'll end up struggling with your payments

This app is designed only for people who have HDFC bank account not for credit card holders. A credit card holder doesn't even get option to pay credit card bills using his other bank saving accounts. It just doesn't provide an option. Compared to ICICI or Axis bank's app, this application is rubbish. Instead of checking the issue HDFV development team expect users to log on to another portal for them to know the issue, that too when the reviews are full of negative feedbacks for same issue.
