Ratings and reviews

I'm facing the last two months passbook not up to mark. Some give me money through the QR code, amount debited in the account but not showing under the passbook & insights option. It will reflect later no idea how many days). While raising a ticket from the given link I get an error message "Something went wrong" TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT VISIBLE ON PASSBOOK IN PAYZAPP. WHILE TRANSACTIONS ARE DISPLAYED ONLINE BANKING.. Getting an error SOMETHING WENT WRONG while click on submit.

"I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. I was wrongly charged 2 times on my credit card, and there was no direct customer contact available. I also couldn’t raise a ticket against the transaction, as the system kept giving errors again and again. No resolution, no support—just a complete lack of assistance. I would not recommend this bank to anyone."

I am unable to login to the app since Yesterday. After entering the mobile number, following error message appearing. I tried so many times since yesterday, same error is showing. I was able to login and use the app till yesterday evening. Some thing went wrong - sorry, we could not load the screen due to technical error. Our team is working on this. Please try again.
