"I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. I was wrongly charged 2 times on my credit card, and there was no direct customer contact available. I also couldn’t raise a ticket against the transaction, as the system kept giving errors again and again. No resolution, no support—just a complete lack of assistance. I would not recommend this bank to anyone."

1 of the worst App, i reactivated the App last year may be in june or July from that time the app is not working only when i try to load wallet from credit card it's not loading only since that time, after transactions getting fails their customer care people calls & asks unwanted things, we don't answer then they block the wallet, they don't have any customer care numbers, when we raise complaint in their app they close the complaints without solving the problems.

I have been using this application for the past 5 years, but nowadays their service is very poor. I recommend not using this app for your main UPI transactions. Now, I am facing too much trouble because of their useless customer care executives. Some executives call you without any prior information and ask for your details(i thought this fraud) if you don't provide them, they block your account, and even after multiple verifications and bank visits, they won't unblock it.
