This app can make your client and yourself irritated while verification process if you receive the call no matter you attend or decline the call your verification stops u again have to start the process most irritating part of the app is it is time consuming of employees as well as customer I have already lost few clients due to this process

Because of in verification all things are not come in regional launguage which we selected like company name, plan name etc.......and it takes very long time to verification.....most of problem in this app reagain do verification when call comes where same sim network and same call comes...this verification can not hold when call comes on same sim and same network......

Poor and pathetic app, always crash, while doing verification, when I raise the query to Concern team, they said that app working fine but your mobile or Internet is not working well, never accept their faults
