Very easy and convenient. However be sure to click ”none of the above" in the optional answers once at covid section and not the "none of the above" button at the bottom. Otherwise it ends the wizard that allows an easy online submission and instead diverts U to proceed via making a phone call. Seems like unnecessary Symantics

Clunky app in which you need to restart everything if it accidentally closes or looking for all the different phone numbers you need to add (minimum of 3 different numbers, can't open another app without losing all your prefilled information). The premise is great, just too much unnecessary time for things that could be much more effective.

This app forces you to have a different emergency phone number to your phone number- annoying when you are making a booking for your child, and you have to put someone else's number as an emergency contact, and this other person gets all the notifications regarding appointments etc. Not happy. Please fix it! Total breach of privacy!!! On top of that, there is NEVER a doctor available anymore in my area - SYDNEY, and that's when I book almost immediately upon them opening. Ridiculous service!

Hi Erin, A different emergency contact is needed due to accreditation requirements; it is mandatory that we obtain both a main and emergency contact number. This is only used when we are unable to contact the main number. Please note that the emergency contact does not receive any notifications about the booking, only the main contact does.
