I originally rated an older version with 1 star as it was extremely tedious to use, did not respond when you attempt to update patient details and didn't offer a tracker for your booking. There are definitely many app improvements that have been made, I am much happier with it now than previously. New interface is much simpler to use and does have website compatibility as a backup.

Service opens at 6pm, app wont allow you to book before then, even by a minute. Says its available in our area, yet every time we try to use it, 6:01pm its "were completely booked". Have only managed to get a booking twice in 2 years, one doctor great, one absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Even then it was "were booked out and will update if we can fit you in". Im not sure why this service exists if you can never use it
