quite useful. I've been using this app for at least 4 years, and it's still great. The first time you set it up, take a few extra minutes to rearrange & add categories so it is in the order of your store. I love the fact that it can be shared by multiple devices (ex. DH just adds something to the list when he uses the last of it instead of telling me 2 weeks later, and he can hit the store on his way home if I'm tied up with something else). The ability to keep multiple lists and import items, or use from your is helpful. Only way to make better is add a meal planning area
This is far and away the best shopping list app. Not only can my wife add last-minute items to the list as I shop, but she can see my progress as I move through the isles at Costco. We sort items by store. I can check the other store lists if I see an item where I am and maybe buy it. We put @isle and #itemnumber onto Costco items (i.e., walnuts @309) to help find things.
Absolutely CANNOT get web and app account linked to Google Home. Horrid, repeated password issues. It's as if the website does not update the app or the mobile website that the password has been changed. Serious bugs, here. Please fix!
Wife likes it. So it is sold. Buying full version soon. Update, bought full version. I assume many do not as it does function with the adds. But I like the quicker speeds, and don't like adds. I am a buyer of good apps. Just an update 2 years later and still used allot. Have got others to use also!
Great app. Was using another for a few years and they bloated it with bells and whistles until it was useless as a simple shared shopping list. Simple and very well done. Faultless syncing!
If I stick with this app, it will only be because of the sharing feature. Otherwise, it lacks too many features I'm used to in ToMarket. Does not support sorting by aisle (other apps have that same failing). It has item categories, but no separate aisle field. You can mimic sorting by aisle by creating custom categories such as '04 Baking Products' but that's unsatisfying if you happen to want to shop at a different grocery store where a listing by category would be more useful. The master item list took me a while to figure out. There's no link to get directly to it; you have to go into your shopping list and "add", which brings up the full list of everything you've entered, and that's where you can add or delete items. You cannot edit item category information from the master list. You have to add it to a shopping list and edit it there by touching the Information button. Cannot sort master list by category. If you manually arrange your shopping list, it **changes the item category** (Unacceptable!!). Quantity: Does not remember quantity from previous trips. You have to edit that each time using "more" and "less" buttons.
• Fix rare crash when choosing photo.
• Fix rare problem where app would launch to wrong screen.
