Only started using this morning but very impressed so far! Chose this app when our shopping list on Keep started playing up and now I'm really glad that it did! Once you've got past the settting up of those sharing the list, which is easy as long as everyone responds to the email prompts, it's a real pleasure to use!
Useful to have 1 shopping list available to all the shoppers. This helps avoid duplicate purchases. Pictures of a products allows parents to send kid/s off to snag items. Recipe feature could use work. Would like to list measurements, preparation, (cooking) time & temperature in recipe without having to "add" it as specific item. Perhaps including a note/comment section to each recipe for this information?
quite useful. I've been using this app for at least 4 years, and it's still great. The first time you set it up, take a few extra minutes to rearrange & add categories so it is in the order of your store. I love the fact that it can be shared by multiple devices (ex. DH just adds something to the list when he uses the last of it instead of telling me 2 weeks later, and he can hit the store on his way home if I'm tied up with something else). The ability to keep multiple lists and import items, or use from your is helpful. Only way to make better is add a meal planning area
Helps us with shopping lists and to-do. Been using it for years, on a number of devices. The sync feature is awesome -- my wife can edit the list on her PC, where editing is a little easier, and the list updates on my Android device. [The IOS version has an problem for long items, where the font becomes small.] The remembered and deleted features are great. The recipe feature is handy, and is how I handle weekly items. I originally used a different app for this, but it tended to lose things.
This is far and away the best shopping list app. Not only can my wife add last-minute items to the list as I shop, but she can see my progress as I move through the isles at Costco. We sort items by store. I can check the other store lists if I see an item where I am and maybe buy it. We put @isle and #itemnumber onto Costco items (i.e., walnuts @309) to help find things.
This is a wonderful app. It comes in handy when I need my husband to pick something up on his way home. I just made a list called On your way home and he checks it before he leaves work. I really like that we can share it with others too. Our sons can put things on the list they need as well.
