Great for keeping track Easy to use and like that you can also add your own info eg triggers or symptoms as we all know no migrainer is the same
Awesome A great way to track both your migraine "habits" as well as your sleep habits, and how things correlate. I especially love that they give the option to collect your data for research; at least my migraines have a positive now :)
Super easy to use and it's very comprehensive. I really like I only have to log the days I have a migraine instead of logging if I did or didn't every single day. Also, the sleep tracker is incredibly accurate
Very helpful Terrific way to track chronic migraines. The sleep diary is a huge plus. Amazing to see the reality of how little sleep I actually get. Even if you don't have migraines, the sleep function is valuable. Would like to be able to skip certain categories that don't impact me at all, but this is a minor inconvenience.
I appreciate how much this application has helped me learn more about my migraines. It has given me a way to keep track of what my top headache triggers are, and what has helped relieve them. My only issue is that the sleep calendar's graph is a bit difficult to follow. However, I still recommend this app to a friend!
New to me, but good tool I only use the app for 2 weeks, but it is a good idea to have some notes on migraine patterns. It opens my eyes on some facts, that might be helpful in the future. App is very intuitive and has useful features. Well worth a try!
