Quick update. I tried out Challenge Workout today and accidentally hit pause. When I unpaused the clock didn't continue and was stuck on the time I paused it until I finished my workout so I never found out my final time for the workout. Please let me know when this has been fixed. Thank you. Overall though, the app is awesome.
Like the app and a good workout.... I did notice more bodyweight exercises than I get when using the app to create a workout. It usually gives me almost the same workout each time. Also maybe give options if we aren't strong enough to do certain exercises. Overall though enjoy the app
Won me over I was skeptical at first but those 12 minutes kicked my butt. I was sweating more than I did after my 40 minute circuit training workouts that I normally do. This was definitely worth the 3 bucks I spent on it.
Decent app. It would be nice if you could choose difficulty levels, or simply filter out exercises that the user can't perform. Bug: The beeps between exercises eventually stop working. For example, in a 12 minute workout with 3 rounds of 6 exercises, by the 2nd exercise of round 3 the beeps stop and only the voice notification works. There is no audible notification when the workout is complete, which may be caused by this bug.
1YR LATER: i have 2 small kids, life gets busy, i can't afford to (and don't want to) spend hours at a gym. i started using this app last May, and just one year later i'm a new person. i'm stronger & i feel better (and i look better). i'm turning 38 and, thanks to you, i'm in the best shape of my life. i've been able to use this app with zero equipment when traveling, when i have access to weights, and just with a $20 pullup bar at home. even when i had a wrist injury i was able to just switch exercises and keep going. thank you Krista. #noexcuses :: ORIGINAL REVIEW: this app helps you to get in great shape regardless of where you are, or whether you have any equipment. and the whole workout is only 12 minutes! you choose whether you have no equipment (body weight only), or have a pull-up bar, or some other equipment, and the app creates the workout based on your specific circumstance. and did i mention you can be in great shape working out only 12 minutes a day? thank you Krista, you gave me my mornings back.
I used this app on my iPhone for a long time and loved it. I'm always looking for ways to change up my workouts and this app gives me lots of good solid choices. I changed to android and just got it on the phone. Can't wait to start using it again.
