Best out there The only reason I'm taking a star off is I want landscape mode, and a warm up and cool down attached (even if it makes the workout more than 12 minutes). The exercises themselves are well planned, hits all parts of the body (most apps don't hit the back), works with what you have, and alternate between cardio and strength while switching between upper and lower, so you're constantly working without hitting a muscle too many times in a row. Pushing yourself is what makes your time effective, so go quickly!
Quick update. I tried out Challenge Workout today and accidentally hit pause. When I unpaused the clock didn't continue and was stuck on the time I paused it until I finished my workout so I never found out my final time for the workout. Please let me know when this has been fixed. Thank you. Overall though, the app is awesome.
Perfect for this runner and mom of 4 As a mom of four that also works full time, I love this app. Most of my exercise time is spent training for the next half marathon. This app gets my cross training in just 12 minutes a day. I love how versatile it is. Whether I'm at the gym, at home, or in a hotel room, I can quickly modify to the equipment I have available or do bodyweight only. Totally worth the 3 bucks.
Decent app. It would be nice if you could choose difficulty levels, or simply filter out exercises that the user can't perform. Bug: The beeps between exercises eventually stop working. For example, in a 12 minute workout with 3 rounds of 6 exercises, by the 2nd exercise of round 3 the beeps stop and only the voice notification works. There is no audible notification when the workout is complete, which may be caused by this bug.
Great HIIT App Only £3 which is cool. I was looking for some HIIT exercises as an add-on to my weight regime and this app hit the spot! Lots of different options and training changes a little bit each time. 5⭐
Hardcore This is a great simple easy to use app. It will put your cardio on blast. I still feel the twelve minutes I didn't with it 4 hours ago. Thank you Krista!
