Convenient Serves the purpose of having the Health Advocate info online on my phone
Noticed error immediately The first screen you pull up after you log in has nothing written in the 5 choice boxes. As in you have no idea what each box is going to pull up when you pick it. How could such an obvious bug get past their app developers. I mean, it's the first menu screen!
Useless So this is supposed to be an independent company from Cigna...how are you supposed to help if you're partnered with them? Also, can't do anything with this app?? What the heck!
Personal info? Is there another app that is used to track progress? This app is useless without my personal trackers.
Can't sign in to see my personal profile I thought this app would link to my account and allow me to input my trackers to complete activities. It wants me to call as if I'm a new member.
Useless I was hoping to use to keep up to date on my trackers. 😑
