The trackers frequently do not show all my selected trackers and do not allow for entering prior day data. While the website shows that it is synced with my fitbit, I cannot see this on the app nor does it seem to show any data from my fitbit when viewed. Overall, the app is mostly useless for the day to day needs. If I needed any of the advocacy aspects, I would probably go to the website first as well.

We are aware of some issues related to trackers and are actively working to resolve this. You should be able to back date entries, see that your device is linked, and see FitBit data populating in your physical activity tracker. Please call the number on your app, we can walk you through this. We will update you when the tracker issues are fixed.
