As a Health Advocate member, it puts our experts and resources right at your fingertips for quick and convenient access anytime, anywhere, allowing you to reach all of your Health Advocate programs as well as other health, wellness and benefits services in one place. Based on the Health Advocate services and benefits you have available, you can:

Ratings and reviews

Was provided a code from a company health screening. Tried to log in with code to get results but it never presented a option to actually log in to your results with that code. From the two options to log on with a code or without, you're still prompted for a code. The resulting screen is just a generic page listing their corporate services. Essentially, there's no value add and it just takes up space and memory.

The trackers frequently do not show all my selected trackers and do not allow for entering prior day data. While the website shows that it is synced with my fitbit, I cannot see this on the app nor does it seem to show any data from my fitbit when viewed. Overall, the app is mostly useless for the day to day needs. If I needed any of the advocacy aspects, I would probably go to the website first as well.

Been having trouble logging in since the new update. Put in user name and password, request code to log in, and when I come back to the app, the app resets itself to the main log in screen

What’s new

Improvements to login stability and consistency during multi‑factor authentication. Fixed an issue where the login session could reset if the app was backgrounded during the 2FA step, interrupting login.
