All Features NOT Available! I bought the Pro version so I could access all the app features, only I CAN'T!!! There is no "Grocery List"and no "Calculate Your Caloric Intake" as shown in the features for this version. I noticed someone mentioned the same and Workout Routines suggested "Go in the daily workout, press Setting Button and Grocery List." I tried this and there is NO "daily workout" only workout programs ... and no settings option in the workout programs!! This seems to be a good app, but I was able to access almost th
Designed for men, not women. I bought this because as a woman, I'm tired of work out plans that are ment for men. The routines are okay, but quite a bit of the rest of the app was written for men. Example, the "supplements" section was written primarily for men. This app is supposed to help me. That is the whole reason I bought it. I wouldn't make this purchase again.
Overall good quality App is good overall. Would change a few things - like make shopping list exportable, clarify the instructions on how to do the sets (order) and when to take rest and make the "extra" features like the timer easier to find. Overall it is a great workout plan and app but definitely need to tailor more to women in supplement and nutrition realms.
Great App The first day I did the workout I was very sore for a days. I'm amazed how many squats I did. The second workout I more squats then the first days. I still suck at lunges! I'm glad I bought this app.
I like it overall! But I am just confused as to which order I am supposed to do the workout plan. For example: Do I do step 1 (Squat, Close stance) 4 times in a row with 2 minutes of rest between each? OR do I do step 1 (Squat, Close stance) and then step 2 (Squat, Wide stance) right after and go down the list and then record the second time I do each step? And do I wait 2 minutes in between each? This is the only thing that I need clarification on. Please let me know someone! TIA
