Brilliant app! I've just added my first recipie and I can use all the nutritional information in my weight loss programme. If only it could be linked to myfitnesspal 🤔
Many of the items in the database have a n/a against all of the nutrients, what is the point of adding ingredients if you end up with a false carb or sugar total, really dangerous app. Do not rely on it.
It's easy to use and it's got really great recipes!
Having fun playing around with the recipe building feature. It is interesting seeing the nutritional content of the different ingredients and being able to adjust what I am cooking to make it healthier. It is really helpful being able to calculate the carbs when you're cooking for someone with diabetes. Also enjoying making my way through some of the cook books- fakeaways curry was lush!
