Ratings and reviews

The app has a critical login issue that renders both the app and the device completely unusable. The only available login method is via mobile OTP, but the app consistently fails to send the SMS required to generate the OTP. As a result, it is impossible to log in at all. Because the app cannot be accessed, the associated device is also unusable, effectively making the product worthless. To make matters worse, there has been no response from the support team despite repeated attempts to contact.

BeatO’s USB‑C glucometer is very convenient to use with a smartphone, and the BeatO app automatically maintains a log of all readings. It also allows you to create separate profiles for each family member, which makes tracking everyone’s history simple. I had used other major brands earlier but their readings were often inconsistent, whereas with BeatO I get stable results, even when I test twice back‑to‑back.

The BeatO Curv Sugar Test Machine is compact, travel-friendly, and easy to use. It plugs directly into a mobile USB-C port, so no batteries are needed. The package includes the device, test strips, lancets, a pouch, and a manual. Readings are accurate and sync automatically with the app, making tracking effortless. Test strips and lancets are also affordable when bought in bulk. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable option for blood sugar monitoring.
