The MOHR Express Health check is a simple and practical screening tool that is utilised to identify potential signs and symptoms of illness. The daily health check is a self-administered check, where individuals are required to complete a short questionnaire on their health. Once submitted, the individual is provided with instant feedback on their health.

Started off just okay, but over the last 3 weeks the app has slowly lost functionality. Can't see dates in the history (background objects appear to be missing throughout the app) and if the dates are there they must be in white text on white background. As with many others I cannot see where the camera is aiming as the image is just grey, however it does take a photo and I have to spend several minutes moving slightly trying to refocus. Wish my job would dump the service

Every update makes it worse. Now I can't see what the camera is focused on (it takes three ir four blind attempts to upload a result), and all dates for historical tests are not available. The colour of the text is the same as the background - so I have no idea what the terms and conditions are. TOTALLY USELESS.

No customer support! Have emailed but no response. Using Google pixel trying to upload results you have to guess where the rat test is! It doesn't display an image for you to take a picture of! All settings and permissions are on, and have tried numerous times to contact them.
