I have used this app for two different clubs. It's slow and unwieldy. Even worse, lately it has been double-booking pool lanes. In fact, one day it quadruple-booked one of the lanes at our pool. On other days, one of us will arrive to find the pool—usually completely booked—empty except for us. It seems like sometimes when someone books, all the lanes are marked filled. This is not just annoying—it's making it very hard for us swimmers to feel confident about our reservations. Please fix ASAP!
