No easier than reaching a person by phone Too many hoops for an app. You answer personal information to verify your identity and then have to call customer service to sign up anyway! And when you call, you get the old "Due to an unusually high number of calls, there may be a long wait..." message. The app should be the solution to that problem, but it's just more of the same.
Beyond Irritated App does not load, I just received a white screen. I downloaded and uninstalled it three times and am still having the same problem.
Works well but,.... I would really like to see fingerprint passwords. The Cigna HSA app has fingerprint verification and it is so much easier than typing in the password each time.
Can't add a claim Just installed the app. I'm trying to add a claim. I complete step 1/2. I can't get to step 2. No button or any indication of how to move forward. Frustrating.
Frustrating It works on my Samsung for a moment them a white screen appears. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
Poor design Very clunky. Doesn't have any feature to scan a check to setup ETF. New accounts can't be setup using the app.
