I have just been through 3 rounds of hell trying to log in with their non-working pass key system. I continue to receive pages that say "we cannot log you in right now". Meanwhile, I need to log a reimbursement, & they have my $. They will also continue to charge me a fee for holding said money, & yet I can do nothing about using it! The only reason I have this account is due to a job several years ago, which provided me with an HSA- that I've not been able to contribute to for years (job chng).

The app has become useless. Every time you go to use it, it forces you to set up a pass key for "easier" login but then you can't use the pass key. I've now set up 3 pass keys to access to my information and STILL cannot access my app. It used to be great and functional, quick to review your account, etc. Not anymore.

The app is impossible to login to. It directs me to set up a passkey, then I log in with my ID and selfie, but no passkey set up is available. I try turning on biometrics, but when I try to log in with biometrics it directs me to setting up a passkey. The log in process is fundamentally broken, and looking at Reddit posts from 6 months ago from people with the same issue tells me it's been broken for a long time. It's easier to set up a "passkey" on the browser, but the process was kinda hidden
