till the time I have done the booking everything was alright. but as soon as sales team got involved it went wrong they suggest me to include few more test and done the booking on my behalf. but still I am figuring out for the refund of my booking. later on I requested for reschedule. but since I sas too many bookings I cancel those. it is very diffecult to connect with customer service. the whatsapp chatbot is inefficient

Everything is seamless unless you want a customer support. Even if there is a site error from their end for which payments are not going through. Reports are kept in hold. Shockingly even those reports for which payment is already done are held back. Least bothered about the number of years or the occasions we have been associated or irrespective of business done. Even for their site bugs we suffer for not getting reports. At this time there is no support at all.

it is an EXTREMELY PUSHY marketing strategy to the point that they start spamming the users of the app with 100 calls a day. the moment you add some tests to cart you get unbelievable number of calls from their so called "executives" and they don't know one thing other than FORCING you to buy their whole body packages, even when you straight up say THAT IT'S NOT REQUIRED.
