Extremely unprofessional! Booked a Rs.11k test, did not get complete reports because the samples were misplaced, they asked me to reschedule any time and they would do it for free. When I contacted them again, they transferred me through 5 different calls, all calls hung up within a couple of minutes as soon as they heard the issue.

This is the worst app. The phlebotomist arrives late. Samples get contaminated. And to get a refund, you have to go through hell… they even send fake refund screenshots. Customer care 🙈🙉🙊 (completely useless). Only one thing they’re good at — once you open the app and log in, they start calling you non-stop like a clingy fiancée. Worst!!💩

i had given a good feedback for their amazing report and timelines. but the problem is whenever i try to access the app and search for some tests, i suddenly get calls continuously for booking. what nonsense is this? should i keep doing blood tests for even checking rates or any other general information in the app? this is utterly annoying. STOP CALLING, and call only when requested.
