Meet Healthie: the wellness platform that connects clients and providers for on-the-go care. Healthie provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant place for care to happen. Download the app today for a new kind of healthcare experience.

FOR CLIENTS:

When you work with a wellness provider that uses Healthie, you’ll receive an invitation to create a Healthie account. The email that you use to create this account will allow you to log into your client portal from the web, or the Healthie mobile app. Together, you and your provider will be able to share data, and work together in real-time.

Constant issues. Often when I take a photo, it restarts the app. Often when I go to enter food, it repopulates with the previous meal and I have to delete everything manually before I can add. Proving to be a great hindrance. I've uninstalled and reinstalled more than a dozen times with it fixing it temporarily then going back to the issues immediately. Sucks that I may not be able to use my dietician anymore because of this. Tech support has not helped at all thus far.

I recently switched over from iPhone X to a Google Pixel 6A. The app is extremely laggy and when I'm using the chat feature to talk to my doctor, the app freezes up in the middle of typing, crashes and does not send my message. I did not have any problemd when I was on my iphone so I'm pretty disappointed. Otherwise, app is fine for normal use of checking documents and scheduled appointments.

This app deserves a C- at best. It's completely disfunctional if it doesn't have a data connection, which is patently ridiculous. Even when it does have a connection the pictures fail to appear more than half of the time. You can only upload 1 photo per journal entry, and you can't comment photos, so forget about uploading a complete meal with a drink, etc. Oh, and if you say the food is part of a meal, and tell it what meal that was, that was wasted time because you have to type it every time!
