App functionality started poor, has become fully non-functional. I once had an appointment scheduled that I sat patiently in wait for. The time arrived, and the only virtual waiting room to join was an old one from a prior session. I joined it to see if that was correct. It wasn't. I exited again, waited longer for any sign that my appointment was going to happen, and fifteen minutes later it was cancelled without warning or explanation. Now I can't log in at all. Invalid email, apparently.

Annoying Issues I've had this app for a few months. I didnt receive any email notifications of messages until the last few weeks and I still only get them randomly. There is not an option to delete messages in the app so it always shows as if I have new messages when I dont. Once, I attempted to cancel an appointment but I received no confirmation that it was canceled. I had no idea if the cancelation had went through or not. Its frustrating at times but great when it works.

My issue is with the message center. It will not mark messages as read after I've read them. Thus, me missing important messages and some appointments. There's also quite a delay in notifying if there's a new message. Due to the nature of this app being message driven - it really impedes the ability to use its medical services. When I've sent requests to the help center their response is that they are unaware of the problem and that's it. No fix, no follow up.
