Got to lose 10kgs in just 6 weeks! The app obviously won't get you to lose weight, but if you're committed to your diet and exercise, this app can go a long way! Month 4 Update : Have lost about 20 kgs so far. The coaches are awesome btw! They really help guide you towards your individual goals. It's just so organized and efficient. The best thing is it's got indian food in it's database so keeping track of calories has become so easy for me. AND i get to keep track of how much water im consuming or exercise that im doing (can even track the number of steps you've walked) among all the other things that i essentially need to consciously keep myself healthy. It's great ^•^
Too many annoying notifications asking you to buy the premium plan or rate the app. It has been less than one day since I installed it. Uninstalling it because it is too bothersome. If I want to buy the app I will. You don't have to notify me 15 times a day. There is no way to turn these notifications off. For all the positives of the app this one negative trumps all. Not worth the hassle.
One great app which helps you to eat clean and maintain good health.. if you follow this religiously.. u can do wonders... im in the process... 112 to 95 kgs in 5 months.. its gradual yet permanent weight loss.. my target is to reach 80kgs in another 10 months... that way i would be able to transform myself
Really a full indian version app where you can find everything you eat with respective of calories intake, whether it be a katori chat or be a kachori. It helps to analysis the food we take in respect of their nutrition values, so you can manage your intakes.If s person regularly submit it diet intake , it will give points for that submission which will motivate you to do better. The app can be syncrised with google fit or fit bit app where you can find the total calories burn through work out. In nut shell it will make your true and fair balance sheet of your calories which will help you to heathfy you. Cons :- 1. Some time app give you wrong information about your work out, my fit bit is showing burning of1500 calories where it is showing around 900. Overall best app in desi version
This app got me addicted to exercise! I feel good when i wake up early in the morning and start working out!! The level of tenacity towards this app is too high!! I was fat and i was very depressed about it, i wanted to resemble a skeleton thanks to healthify now that i really look like one! Thanks for making me hotter and smarter!!
