not impressed, my company recently switched to using this app along with a different health insurance provider. the app could be good, but other interfaces were much easier to use. one example is I typed in "emergency room" when looking for in network emergency rooms and all it came back with was a bunch of nutrition clinics. also, don't exit the app to see where doctors are on a map because you'll have to start your search over again.

The idea of the app is great and I've used it for awhile. For the first few years, I never had any issues. Now the app doesn't like to load, it's very glitchy and you can barely get to your requests due to all the glitches. (This is even after updating the app, deleting and redownloading, etc). I dont know what happen to the app this year but it definitely does not work as expected anymore (I'm also using only a year old device)

Horrible app. Apparently got an account automatically even though I opted out of the health insurance from my employer. "Chat-based" is one of the most annoying UX models ever, it takes five times as long as just filling out a form, and it doesn't even let you ask it questions, you can only do the small set of prebuilt actions, so it doesn't even have that one advantage of chat bots. Not to mention forcing you to download an app instead of also having a web client.
