I don't recommend this App for anyone to buy health supplements: 0 stars I ordered a Whey Protein packet from HealthKart, but it arrived damaged. Despite their 14-day return policy, they initially refused to accept the return. After a week of arguing, they agreed to exchange the product. However, it's been almost a month since I returned the damaged item, and I haven't received the exchanged product or a refund. The lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue have been frustrating.

My experience with this app has been worst. It has too many looholes. To ask for help you have to stay on the screen and cannot close the screen while waiting for the reply from the Hk Team. Its been over 20 days I've been asking for refund. Didn't recieve it. Do not use this app in any case..Worst app that could be made....

The worst app to order the supplements, I ordered a product first time in this platform and after receiving when I scratched the code and did performed authentication, it showed different product and they denied to replace it because I scratched the code, how can I perform authentication without scratching the code, worst experience in first time itself never gonna use this platform again
