With tightened security and new features that make it easier to manage your cover. In our refreshed app, you can:
• View and manage your cover
• Check your benefit limits, what you’ve used and what’s left
• Make a one-off payment for your cover
• Claim with a tap using your digital membership card
• Submit and track claims in a simpler way
• Access most features from both the app and portal

A heads up that, in line with our privacy guidelines, some features are only accessible to the Policyholder and Spouse with Delegation of Authority. All current Health Partners’ members aged 18 years or over can register to use the app.

What's new

We’ve added new features and made a few improvements to help you manage your cover easily.

In this update, you can:
• Make a one-off payment for your cover in the app or portal, without needing to call us
• Export your claims history
• Enjoy our refreshed look, with better contrast and easier readability
• Share your feedback and rate the app more easily

We’ve also fine-tuned in-app notifications and messaging, fixed bugs and made general user experience improvements.
