Good App but missing key features, has great potential. Would really make it 5star if the creation of prescription would automatically and directly create Pill, eyedrop medicine reminders with the right timings, spacing between eyedrop and with correct start and end dates as instructed by the doctor, Especially Very important for Patients who have had Cataract surgery and have so many eyedrops to manage without any errors.

The app is neat, but there are some significant issues with it : 1) there's no 'Help' or 'FAQ' section. Probably the only app i have ever seen without a support option ! 2) there's no option for cancelling an appointment. It's a must have and not having it makes the app incomplete. 3) if there are multiple patients under the same login, it should have option to switch between patient details. It makes the user logout, re-login, select one user and go ahead. To select another user, logout again.

Used to be easy to use. The way they set up patient profiles is broken. There is no way to combine a profile deleting one means risking losing any new accounts. Cannot search and find an existing doctor on the app other than your last consulted doctor. I was also able to previously book in person appointments. That is no longer available as well.
