Doesn't let me create an account. Keeps on saying username not available. Also asks for 12 digits password with lower and upper bound letters as well as numerics. Why is this military level encryption needed?

Says member isn't found even though I have entered all info correctly multiple times. I'm uninstalling this junk app.
