Appyness was developed by Healthwatch Wokingham Borough for young people struggling with their mood, following an extensive survey of 1000 young people. You told us you wanted more coping strategies and to know what to do if feeling low.
This app allows you to scale your mood daily and plot it on a graph so you can track your progress over time, it gives top tips for coping with stress, depression and anxiety. It provides links to local and national organisations and has relevant YouTube videos.
