I can't even make an account. I got my new insurance card last month and have been trying a full month to make and account and it keeps saying the same thing. "Sorry looks like something is wrong. Please give us time to fix it." A month isn't enough time????

I can not use any of the functions on this app, it will not let me schedule a call, send a message, do live chat, take health assessments or look up any useful information.

I absolutely love this app!! As a single mother of six children it's really helpful to have all my kids healthcare needs covered in one place, and with the extra benefit hub it pushes us to be healthier while earning rewards at the same time!❤️
