Love it. very down to earth and science based. I like that there is a mini 'learn' section to listen to between each meditation. This is where there is often references to scientific research in the field giving me the 'why'. Also, one big thing for me is during the meditations, there are reminders at just the right times about "... if your mind is distracted, that's okay. Everytime you recognize it's drifting, that is strengthening your practice" or something like that.

I love that you can follow a path towards learning more and diving deeper into a healthier mindset. I also enjoy being able to pick between different voices/people speaking so that its auditry is a better fit to my personal needs and help with calming. I appreciate that you can favorite the ones you enjoy best to easily find them again and that there are more current or relevant areas you are able to pick from.

Love this app! I downloaded it last year but only started using it recently and I've already learned so much! It breaks lessons up into easy to digest pieces and the meditation practices are perfect... you can choose the length for some of them which is helpful when you have a busy schedule and every day is different!
