This is an extremely well designed program. It's not just a meditation app like Calm or the other ones out there. It's a guide through self fulfillment and improvement, and already has started changing my life for the better with just the foundation level guidance I've gone through. Highly recommended if you experience any level of stress or anxiety, or even if you are interested in self improvement and self care.

My favourite app. It has helped me start a sustainable mindfulness/meditation practice. Something I've struggled with in the past is getting into a rhythm with meditation after starting, and the high costs of subscription-based apps (I can't justify the cost). HMP is intuitive and research-backed. Also free because they are using it for research. The sessions are short, easy to fit in, and actually helpful. It's nice that the tone is neutral, does not seem to be an ideology being pushed.

This app did have some bugs and glitches before, but it seems to be working well now. I stuck with it even with the glitches because I really like the meditations. Here are some of the best features that make this one of my favorite meditation apps: - ALL content is free, with no ads! - Research-based, includes interviews with experts in academia - Choice of sitting or active mode. Active mode is great for when you are driving or doing chores - See your progress over time with their quiz
