The indispensable app for all hear.com HORIZON hearing aid wearers. The hear.com HORIZON app allows you to discreetly control the pioneering hearing system from hear.com in complete comfort via your smartphone. Transfer multimedia content such as music or phone calls directly to the hearing aid, set different amplification programs and activate innovative functions such as SPEECH FOCUS, PANORAMA EFFECT and the world first MY MODE functionality.Thanks to the simple, intuitive user interface, you'll be able to use it right from the start.

Terrible. No equalizer adjustments. Has a "Bluetooth Mode" setting that always fails with "not connected" message. And the volume and sharpness settings won't stick - I have to readjust them whenever I change profiles or even when I first put the aids on when they were in the case. Finally, the app is ugly - no use of color not even the system sheen is recognized.

To many Bluetooth issues. dropping in and out. Needs to have Bluetooth connections at least 2 at the same time Gets stuck in streaming mode and then it's like locked out everything else and have to start from scratch reconnecting hearing aids. overall just not customer friendly and needs to give the user more ability to use features that are available on other hearing aid apps such as phonak as just one example

As many people have said in previous reviews, the hearing aids are fine. It's the app that doesn't work right. Last night my hearing aid got stuck streaming one channel (my radio app). I couldn't get the radio to stop streaming nor could I begin playing my Audible app. This morning, no matter what I tried, I couldn't make Bluetooth play my audio app in my car. I couldn't get the sound to even turn on. I keep getting the notification that my hearing aid app was on, but I couldn’t turn it off.
