Heartland Bank is Ohio’s first community bank to launch a Mobile Banking Android App! Mobile banking offers you the ability to view account balances and recent transactions, transfer funds between Heartland Bank accounts, deposit checks and pay bills. With mobile banking you have the information to quickly manage your finances while away from your primary computer. Think of mobile banking as a slim version of your Heartland Bank Online Banking service.
Customers must have an active Heartland Bank Online Banking service. If you are not enrolled in Heartland Bank Online Banking service, enroll now by visiting https://www.heartland.bank/personal/online-banking and click the white "Enroll in Online / Mobile Banking" link. After we receive your enrollment request, your ID will be setup. You will receive an e-mail containing information explaining how to access your account(s) online. After you are enrolled in Heartland Bank Online Banking service, you can login, click on the "Mobile" tab located in "Other Services" and enroll in mobile banking to establish your mobile login id and PIN.
Heartland Bank's mobile banking service is an extension of your Heartland Bank Online Banking service so when you login for the first time you will be presented the same security questions, PassMark and phrases you are accustomed to. The mobile app still uses SSL encryption to keep your information as secure as our Heartland Bank Online Banking service.
