About this app

hearScreen USA is the best hearing screening app which is simple and easy-to-use.

hearScreen USA is a mobile application, in collaboration with the American Academy of Audiology, that conducts a hearing screening. The screening analyzes the person’s ability to perceive speech-in-noise.

Based on the person’s response, the app automatically generates a hearing score that indicates whether there may be a possible hearing loss.

If a person fails, the app then refers the user to their closest audiologist (registered on our system), using geolocation.

-- Accurate Results - hearScreen USA is clinically validated and published in scientific journals, therefore giving you the best results.
-- 3 Minute Screening - Know your hearing score in under 3 minutes.
-- Simple & Easy-to-use - Works on Android and iOS devices with any earphones or headphones.
-- Track your hearing - Track your hearing over time to determine any changes.
-- Connect with an audiologist - If a hearing problem is detected, you can choose to be referred to your closest audiologist (registered on our system), using geolocation.
-- Share and challenge friends - Share your score on Facebook & Twitter. Invite friends to screen their hearing and see who has the best score.

Asked for permissions irrelevant to a hearing test like contacts on any of three sign in platforms: Google, FB, or Twitter, but none used activated the program. Facebook notified me the access had gone through. Looks like a scam for getting access to your information.
