Love the listening experience. To tell the truth, I don't even use the app because it never seems to "find"my headphones. It is most likely user error, and I look forward to more updates so that I can get to use it more. It would be good in the future to be able to multi- connect (i.e. connect to tv and phone simultaneously), and I assume that this is coming. Really good headphones, and, with improvements, the app will catch up.

Wish I could use the app but it literally loops back to the connect screen every time. The reviews say the EQ is necessary for getting the most out of the headphones and I'd love the opportunity to use it but I simply can't. It's connecting to my phone just fine but it won't register the headphones in app. Super frustrating and since the whole point of an app is use, it's a 1 star until it actually does something beyond taking up space.

This app is lacking. Eq is only 5 band which is very minimal even compared to the standard Samsung eq. You can only use the eq while audio is playing so no adjustments in between audio. No way to turn off multi point connection. The only thing useful is that you can update firmware. It took them a long time to come out with the most basic app you could imagine. Unless you need a firmware update don't waste your time with this app.
