Not sure what they did to the app to make it so buggy and stop working but in the past month it's just not fit for purpose. My app fails to open and just constantly gets the loading screen flashing like a disco. Stops recording when it feels like it and just generally has become not fit for purpose. Uninstall, install, uninstall has become a habit. If my company didn't pay for it I would move on. Desktop however is a thing of beauty.

>1 yr user here. Works well when it records properly. However, continues to be plauged by numerous bugs. Most frequently are looping logo screens on startup, constantly being signed out of the app, with no remembered passkey or password for quick login, random app crashes in mid session causing recording to stop, randomly restarting the last active session when trying to start a new session in quick succession. These issues MUST be addressed!

Haven't been using paid version for some time. When it works, it works great. Very unreliable though, leaving me quite frustrated when I have a full ward round to do and it loops to a sign-in window after many many sign-ins. Looking at alternatives.
