Love the people there. They are very freindly and helpfull. But their mobile app is terrible. You can't sign on or change password or even recover access to your account because of how much space their disclaimer takes up. The app needs to be redeveloped to make it more user friendly.

I can not make my payments from the app, their little banner at the bottom will not allow you to click the pay button. I don't have time to call everytime I need to make a payment so it is super inconvenient.

this app sucks It won't let you change password because you can't go up far enough to see anything It won't let you change your password because you can't see underneath it It won't let you do biometrics either.
