So I like the app alot. It works fine on my Galaxy s7. Every once in awhile it disconnects and doesn't connect for some reason. Besides that it works well on my device. On my girlfriends Xiamo phone however it connects but the sensor lights under the Helo don't turn on during the test. When I connect her helo to my phone it works just fine and then when I connect it back to hers it works about 20 min. Then the sensors no longer turn on. I believe the helo only works with certain phones. If yall can resolve this I'll up it to a 5 star.
I love it! And for those saying BP measurements are incorrect I know why. You have to set your normal BP level first. DO NOT USE THE DEFAULT BP LEVEL SET. Test your BP level using a different testing machine, then input your BP level on the HEKA app. From there your BP levels will be accurate and the same as if you test it on another machine. I can't wait for it to be able to keep mosquitoes away. That alone, will sell billions of the helo in Africa and will eliminate malaria which is the number one killer in parts of Africa.

App has greatly improved I'm very happy with how it is progressing. One suggestion. I would like to see a demo mode or guest mode feature on the app. This would be nice so that when we are showing it to prospective clients they can actually try out our Helo without messing up our records.
Will not connect Pixel XL or Nexus 6 plus: I was very excited about the possibilities of the company and device. With other new fitness apps that go along with it, it would have been perfect. Once my first Google phone had the update to 8.0 the Helo would no longer connect. I got a new Google phone the Pixel XL and it will not connect to that one either. I have been trying to get this resolved for 5 months and no progress. If you have a pixel and plan to keep it do not plan on being able to use this app or the HeloFit app because neither of them will connect. Get your money back before your 30 days is up. I'm stuck with.6 devices that I can't use because I can't even demo them for others.
On your next update is it possible to add a feature to where we can set the date to our preferred format. I know growing up in the United States it's easier for me to have it Month Day Year and not the apps current format of Day Month Year. I think user experience can be improved with the connect between my phone & helo as it appears to disconnect & then I have spend like 5 mins getting it to reconnect. I love the potential and some of the current features of the however I believe it could be a little more user friendly in the connection, dashboard & options/settings. I think fitbit has done a great job in that area.
