What a scam company. Please do not use. Not only are the scooters expensive, it's buggy. The app will begin charging you and the scooter will not unlock. Then when you try to "end" the ride, it will say it can't because you didn't park correctly, or find some other reason to continue billing you. Then if you reach out to support, they make it very difficult to get anything other than a coupon.

They advertise as it is 6.99 per day , when i purchased it, I've received a notification says i can only ride 30 min in a day which is really misleading information. In my single day holiday i had to deal with the customer service to be able to cancel it. They said they'll cancel and refund but since then i've heard nothing. It is really annoying

Fraudsters. Unlimited package is only 100 rides per month. What a fraudulent way of twisting words. I strongly recommend against using it. Very very very expensive. I bought unlimited package and they robbed me. Instead of 💯 (30 minutes daily rides) it's just 100 rides. Furthermore there are rides in which the vehicle doesn't work. Under 2-3 rides are also included in the 100 rides. When contacted help center no reply. Worst service. I strongly recommend don't use this app. They rob you
