Update 2: The app is draining more battery than any other app after the latest update. I knew the free account requiring location would need more battery, but it is almost not feasible as my phone battery no longer lasts for the day. I hope they fix it. Update 1: There was a large number of people signing up that made it hiccup, but it finally went through and is legit. It is also worth noting I email them about the issue and got a reply in about 10 minutes, seems like great customer service.

Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

nice interface and easy to navigate. 5 stars for when I'm actively using the app. The app has never crashed when I'm actively using it, but my phone says it crashes in the background and wants to put it into deep sleep. I agree that the rewards are inconsistent, maybe due to crashing in the background. 3 stars for background behavior, mitigated by the fact that Helium updates the app seemingly weekly and seems to be transparent about the issues.
