Glad you are enjoying hello. Please let us know how we could make the app better. Just shake while using and you can quickly send us feedback. So painful to delete an account. Why do I still keep receiving non wanted emails even after I deleted my account? First I had to update the app. Then confirm my email because the app takes me out to a web page so that I can delete the account. Then I have to answer questions to why I wanted to leave the app... Why can't I delete my account from within app? And why 30 days to delete my account?

To delete, goto settings->edit account, tap delete button. That opens web page with short exit survey and delete confirmation. Profile/content are hidden right away, fully deleted 30days later in case you change mind or were hacked. Will now update email unsubscribes at same time! (sorry about that). Really like the concept I was getting sick of the same old networks that our daily lives depend of. Im so happy to have a new place to interact with friends and meet new people. Looking forward to additional features on coming updates. Good work guys
More than just Hello. Definitely looking forward to future developments. Hello is different and adds a unique spin to social networking, something that can be appreciated especially with the plethora of social networking apps/sites that have been around for so many years.
No web version I liked the whole concept and design, but I missed a desktop version of it.

We are working on a web version now, but it won't be ready until after we launch the upcoming communities feature. Thanks for your patience. Difficult to get into if you dont know anyone. Implement something like tumblr/reddit where they show you stuff you might like to get you started. Because as of right now I'm pretty lost.

Thanks for your review. You can follow other members whose content is interesting to you, use our potentials to discover people with similar interests, invite friends using your contact list. Your friends see everything you post to the base persona so they get your updates directly. A ideia da rede social é boa, mas sua execução carece de melhorias. O sistema de criação de postagens (jots) precisa de adições e melhorias. Em especial o texto opcional nos jots com imagens, pois a fonte do texto, independente das opções de cor, tem um contraste muito ruim com a imagem, se confundindo facilmente com o último. Poderia ser adicionado suporte a vídeos curtos futuramente.

Very smooth running Please make this a priority by ' highlighting ' the selected friends in searched then a one click send add action. Wasting time going back n forth from opening a profile then add then scrolling! . It will go much quicker! Hate spending an hour just adding people one at a time . I cant deal with that! You really need a base website also for laptop users ya! Dump achievements and add photo gallery! Acheivements should be an icon only to a new grid page! Increase the Interest list to at least ten ! Maybe I should come work for you really! Search should include CITY Names like 'chicago ' only listings! Thanks

Thanks so much for your suggestions! We are working on our web version and trying to simplify the UI. If you invite by email you can do multiples at once, but SMS requires you to send individually to avoid federal regulations. We are also adding a new achievements panel that we think will help a lot. And photo gallery will be there eventually. User friendly The app is not user friendly ,Make it friendly Ui Like instagram, i heared you are going to launch in india next month. And iam an indian & i know indians will not download the app because of your Ui .pls guys make it simple social network hub.

We’re sorry you’re having a bad experience and thank you for providing us feedback. We love hearing from our community. Our small team has been hard at work fixing issues and bugs. It would mean a lot to us if you gave hello another shot and updated your review with any further feedback (or if you enjoy hello). The idea of having to choose which 5 personas that define you best is really neat. But in practice, it doesn't help with the quality of content. This place is a ghost town and the little content that is here sucks. I don't see the value of switching from FB or IG to this as those two already tailor their content to my interests/personas. Also, why is there no option to delete account and profile photo?

We are working on cleaning up content and adding more curation options for our members. We're adding many users every day and so if you check back recently you hopefully won't feel like it's a ghost-town. You can update your profile photo from settings/edit-profile and delete your account from settings/edit-account. It is with problem I installed in my cell phone but it dont send the code of verification to my phone , why don't you send it to my email? I thought it very bad ..you need upgrade that method of verification. .

We are so sorry you had sign-up problems on hello. We have made many improvements and would love for you to come try us again. There are lots of users, but I don't think we have a Curtis who is a member of the nudist persona... Although feel free to look... :o) Such a waste of time. Really, white screen after the registration. Regretting sharing my email and phone number with this app. Developers of this app used Orkut to attract so many people with a half baked product.

We were actually overwhelmed by the initial response and just couldn't manage the volume. As an Orkut fan, you should enjoy the new communities feature launching soon, and we'd love for you to give us another try. So many problems with this app Just don't bother... It's a ghost town if you make it through the world's worst sign up process. Update: had another go as the dev asked and it still sucks

Our registration process has been streamlined recently (was there a particular part that felt was bad? -- we're always open to suggestions.) Website requires me to create another account on the internet instead of allowing me the option to use Google or other SSOs in 2016.

Using a third party SSO is more user convenient, but it does mean that we are required to force policies and agreements from those providers onto our users, and we still have to ask for some registration information that our application requires.
