I'm pretty sure this is a scam on overburdened doctors and their patients. I've never had to pay for a subscription in order to review my healthcare records or messages from healthcare providers. I downloaded the app because I couldn't log into the PortalConnect website on either a mobile or desktop browser. When I try to log into the app, all I see is a message that I'm not a subscriber.

You can't request prescription renewal from app or a mobile site. What are we being charged for then?

A $60 required fee to have access to my test results and I don't have access to my test results. I've never been able to speak with a human when I call for help and messages are not retuned.
