About this app

Helpling Partner is the app for self-employed cleaners working with Helpling to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via smartphone. Whether at home on the sofa, or on the way to your next job, you can manage your business anytime and anywhere. With the notification function, you receive live updates about your jobs on the go.

The app is available for cleaners working with Helpling in Australia, Singapore, France, Germany and Netherlands.


Manage Your Appointments: Choose to accept new bookings and change requests from existing customers.

Payments and Transfers: Claim payments for completed jobs and view previous payments

Live updates about your jobs - including reminders about upcoming jobs and notifications of changes to any jobs.

Push customer notifications - you can now be notified about new customers by receiving push notifications. Click on the notification to see more information about the new customer in the app and respond quickly and easily from the app without using your SMS quota.

Chat feature - you can now chat with your customers directly from the app. Introduce yourself to new customers, ask questions about the booking and build better relationships by keeping the conversation flowing.

Calendar View: See all your confirmed jobs and job offers in the calendar view, including customer address, to help you manage your schedule.

Maps Integration: Individual job overviews contain a map with the customer location, to help you navigate between jobs.

Payment by this app is very very annoying. How could you divide a monthly income into three payments plan. Eg. if in a particular month you are to earn 1000€ after a successful cleaning, these officers will divide this money into three payments destroying its value because it is paid in bit and little. They will pay 1st part on 17th of that month, 2nd part in the following month and on the 3rd, and the 3rd/final part on 17th of another month. At most twice payment. Work on it.

Horrible platform for the cleaners. App is laggy. They charge to sign up, then they take 1/3 in commission and on top of that they have heavy fines if you're not able to make it last moment for any reason. Its hard work for little pay with heavy investment and heavy fines. If you're unemployed, it's better than nothing but I'd recommend you focus on something else.

Dear Diego Lagreca, please note that cancellations on short notice generate negative customer experiences, therefore you can cancel events free of charge until 24 hours in advance. Please also remember that on the Helpling platform you define your own prices. Best regards, your Helpling team.

The new update is crashing a lot! I already tried uninstalling and downloading it again but it won't allow me to go anywhere besides the notifications area and sometimes when opening the app again I'm logged out. Please roll back the update it has a lot of bugs!
