This is a review for Helpling in Germany. If you were offered a choice between the devil and Helpling you might as well give the devil a chance. My Experince: * Their “Helpling” didn’t show, and when I called them they told me they will get back to me in 10 minutes,they did and had no idea where their helpling is, and said to me to call them after 10 minutes, I called them for 20 minutes after that with no luck to get anyone on the phone. * Their website is only in German, their app, their phone menu all in German. * They need 48 hours to respond to emails, at the same time their actions are limited to 3/2 days notices so if you're lucky and worte an email the minute things go wrong you might get herd. * Their phone menu doesn’t work I literally pressed every option and wasted 20 minutes to get to their representatives with no luck. * I ran through many issues with them, I opened tickets, wrote emails, no response or automated german mails. just the bill. * And when they send the helplings some of them do little to no work, I've had one female and one male helpling, I wish the male one didn't come it felt like I just through away 40 euros.
Doesn't have the UK as an option
Mal servicio todo bien hasta que tengas el primer problema con ellos. Puedes tardar toda una vida en solucionarlo. SON LO PEOR.

Country differs from language! Okay the idea is great and the app is cool. But leaving in Berlin does not mean I speak German. So for me the app is useless. You should allow your users to have the app in English while using it in Germany. Just an advice ;)
App does not work
For this release we focused on solving all of the known problems consumers booking via our service have been experiencing. Information pertaining to jobs is reflected accurately and the general experience has been refined.
