This app is for **agents and managers of a Helptal workspace**. You need an existing Helptal account (or a free trial at helptal.com) to sign in — the app does not create new accounts on its own.
This is not a customer-facing app. End-users contact your team through your help center, live chat widget, or any of your support email addresses; this app is what your team uses to respond.
